Reocities provides web hosting services that allow users to create, host, and publish websites. The Service includes:

  • Web hosting and file storage
  • Domain hosting on reocities.xyz subdomains
  • File management and editing tools
  • Analytics and statistics
  • Optional premium features

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Host illegal content or engage in illegal activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Host phishing pages or scam websites
  • Engage in copyright infringement or piracy

  • Mine cryptocurrency using our resources

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse or verify user content.

6. Storage Limits

Storage limits vary by account type:

  • Free accounts: 100MB storage
  • Premium accounts: 1GB storage

We reserve the right to remove content that exceeds your storage limit without notice.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your content will be removed within 30 days.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse or misuse the Service
  • Create security or legal risks

10. Backups

While we provide backup features, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss.

The Reocities name, logo, and Service features are our intellectual property. You may not use them without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
